These terms explain the permitted use of our website. Our client services are governed by a separate agreed engagement contract. Browsing this website, submitting an enquiry or attending an introductory call does not by itself appoint us as your adviser or DPO.

We provide website content for general information about information governance, risk and our services. It is not tailored advice for your organisation. Obtain appropriate advice before relying on it for a particular decision.

We take reasonable care with content but do not promise that every page will always be complete, current or suitable for your circumstances. We may update content and service descriptions. Advertised prices are indicative unless expressly stated otherwise; scope and fees are confirmed in an agreed proposal.

Submitting an enquiry allows us to respond and, where appropriate, arrange a free, no-obligation 30-minute introductory call to understand your challenges and discuss how we may help. An enquiry does not guarantee availability or create a service contract.

Please provide accurate contact information. Do not submit sensitive personal data, passwords, incident records or confidential business documents through the enquiry form. We can agree a suitable secure channel where needed. The form is not an emergency incident-reporting service.

Unless stated otherwise, website text, graphics, branding and other original materials belong to us or our licensors. You may view, print and save reasonable extracts for personal use or internal business reference, retaining ownership notices and identifying Waymark Advisor as the source.
