A defined engagement that looks across the organisation to understand how information, people, processes, technology and governance support what the business is trying to achieve.
The Framework is particularly useful when you know things could work better but do not necessarily know which specialist discipline or solution you need. Waymark starts with the business, identifies where friction, risk and missed opportunity exist, and helps establish what matters most.
A clear view of how effectively your information ecosystem supports the business, the priorities that matter most and a practical roadmap for improvement.
The review is useful in its own right. There is no obligation to use Waymark to implement the recommendations: you can take the roadmap forward internally, ask Waymark to support particular priorities, or use ongoing advisory support.
Understand
Start with the organisation: its purpose, priorities, people, information, processes, systems and the challenges it is trying to solve.
Assess
Use the six areas of the Waymark Framework to identify where information is creating friction, risk, duplication or missed opportunity.
Prioritise
Focus on what matters most, balancing risk, effort and commercial opportunity rather than producing an unrealistic list of everything that could be improved.
Roadmap
Turn the findings into a practical, prioritised plan showing what should change, why it matters and where to start.

Pricing is indicative rather than a rigid headcount formula. Scope reflects the complexity of the organisation, its information ecosystem, regulatory environment and what it is trying to achieve. A clear scope and fixed price will always be agreed before work begins.

Independent privacy leadership.
A complete retained DPO service providing experienced oversight, advice and practical support without the need for a permanent appointment.

- Routine privacy-related contract reviews

- Coaching and oversight of internal privacy capability
- Advice and challenge relating to AI governance, including the EU AI Act and deployment of AI
- Multi-jurisdictional privacy advice and support
Additional support
Clear boundaries. No surprise costs.
Substantial discrete pieces of work outside the normal running of the DPO function are scoped separately and agreed before any additional cost is incurred.
